4B Unit 5 Seasons 教案(Fun time & Cartoon time)

教学目标:

1.复习本单元所学词汇spring, summer, autumn, winter, warm, coldgo boating, go swimming, fly, kite, go climbing.

2. 能听得懂、会读、会说句子:We like spring/summer/autumn/winter. In, it is warm/cool/hot/cold. We (具体活动)

3. 自由地表达每个季节的气候特征和在每个季节里通常做的事情。仿照书上Fun time 完成“我最喜欢的季节”的英文明信片制作.

4.培养学生合作精神,学习热爱大自然,热爱生活。

教学重点:有感情地朗读课文。

会介绍四季的气候特征并表达在每个季节里通常做的事情, 仿照书上Fun time 完成“我最喜欢的季节”的英文明信片制作

教学难点:会介绍四季的气候特征并表达在每个季节里通常做的事情。

教学过程:

Step 1 Warming up

1.Sing a song: <Changing seasons >.

2. Revision

  Show ss some pictures to review four seasons.

  出示summer,带领学生 复习summer

同样方法选择复习一个季节

3Enjoy a rhyme

   Read a rhyme with the music at first, then ask the students to prepare for the other seasons, give them three minutes, at last, ask three groups to show for us.

Step2 Make a season card

1. Ask the students :Among the seasons, which season do you like best?

                What do you do?

  Then show an example

2. Explain how to make a season card

3. Group the students into four groups, each group represents one season.

4 Give them four minutes

Ask students to introduce their season cards to each other..

5. Next show the card and talk about it in class.(3-4)

Step3 Cartoon time

1.Presentation: Some Ss like summer , I like summer too, because in summer ,we have a summer holiday ,I can go travelling , I like travelling very much ,Sam likes travelling too. Look, he’s flying to some place with his mum. Look at this two pictures , can you  guess what happend to them ?Guess!

2.Watch the cartoon with the following question:

What happened to Sam and his mum?

3.After watching, answer the following questions:

1Whose bag is it? (指向第一个包)

2What about this one?

3How do you know ?

4.T:What's the weather like in the story ?

Please read the story and find out the answer . You can underline the key words .

S1:It's fine . S2:It's very cold .

T:Any other answers ?

S3:It's fine but very cold .

T:How do you know ,can you read the key sentences ?

S3:Mum,it's a fine day today ! It's very cold .

T:Yes ,can you read them emotionly ?

S:请学生有感情的朗读这两句话。

4. Good! Well, boys and girls, let’s learn the story together.

Ss: Listen and repeat.

 T: 指导朗读。

5.Read the story .

6.Act the story .

Step4 Consolidation

T:Boys and girls Sam likes travelling very much , May Day is coming ,he wants to come to Taixing. Can you introduce the seasons in Taixin to him ? first ,let me try .

T:Taixing is a beautiful city . In spring ,it's warm and green .We fly kites ,we go boating ,we enjoy flowers and we plant trees. In summer , it's hot and red .We eat ice creams ,we go swimming and we eat watermelons .In autumn , it's cool and yellow ,we have picnics ,we go climbing ,we enjoy red leaves and we pick apples .In winter ,it's cold and white ,we make snowmen ,we go skating and we have snowball fights .We like Taixing.

Step 5 Class exercise: fill in a table about seasons in Taixing

Step 6 homework

1.Read and act ‘ Cartoon time ’ .

2.Introuduce your season card to your friends.
